The town of Rutland could be flooded with torrential waters within 24 hours. Several factors including intense rains, melting snow, and a reservoir rising by the minute, could all contribute to the Rutland dam's collapse. Warned by authorities that the dam could fail at any moment, architect David Powell (Joe Lando) must do everything in his power to save the town and his family. But even under the threat of great danger, the construction company responsible for the dam will not take David's warnings seriously. If he really wants to prevent tragedy, David must go behind the company's backs, enlisting the help of his wife (with whom he's separated), and his son, an architectural intern assisting with the dam.DVD Features:Region (Unknown)Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33
